LAHS New Year Celebration--Let's Make Fresh Mochi!

LAHS students in Japanese language classes will be making traditional Mochi (Rice Cakes) in two different ways: (a) classic method of pounding cooked rice in a wooden base with a mallet, and (b) using a modern electric mochi making machine.  Only electrical appliances will be used.
